The Kintamani Highland is one of the most scenic and beautiful places with a volcano that erupted back in 1963. we can see the settlements at the foot of the hill and the solidified lava rocks throughout the place. The site of volcano and the surrounding hill is excellent. Heaving lunch with enjoy the beautifull view of mount batur and lake batur from above of penelokan village .
The main attraction though is the high land from where you can see the unbelievable beauty of nature where mountains, volcanoes and Lake converged together. There are some good restaurants up in the hill where you can have your lunch. Do not forget to have you camera fully charged with enough space as you are going to have numerous spots for your photo shoot. Also, try to go early as possible and on a clear day otherwise you might just miss the view of the horizon.
